According to a Tom Smith article from today's TD, the Shoals Community Clinic is now the Shoals Free Clinic. So does that mean Bonita McCay has ceased charging the co-pay (the last figure we saw was twenty dollars)?
Make no mistake, the co-pay is cheap forthose with no insurance, but the clinic has neverbeen free before. So is this a new policy orjust one of the many things Tom Smith manages to get wrong in his TD articles? Or look good propaganda by McCay and the clinic?
